Our High Peak Frame Tents add a touch of class to any gathering.

Pricing and Details

- Set Up is included in the rental fee, but delivery is a separate charge.

- A 20'x20' High Peak Frame Tent accommodates ~40 people for sit down dinners, ~50 people for buffet style dinners, or ~67 for stand up & cocktail style dinners.

Holiday Pricing
- A Holiday Fee may be added for July 4th weekend, Memorial Day, Labor Day, or other high-demand dates.
- Ask for details.

Logistics

- High Peak Frame Tent Installation Ideally on Grass or Soft Surfaces. Installation on non-soft surfaces may require concrete or water barrel ballasts.

- Concrete ballast are $100/each and water barrel ballast are $40/each.

- Solon Party Rentals will determine how many ballasts are needed, and these costs will be added to your bill after installation. Water barrels require onsite water source.

- Delivery-based rentals — delivery fee calculated by distance.

EQUIPMENT CONDITION:
- No arts and crafts that may stain the equipment.
- No Silly String, confetti in or around the equipment.
- Avoid cleaning fees by wiping down the equipment prior to our retrieval.
